My Story

My journey as a social worker started a young teen, as with many social workers, people in need seemed to gravitate towards me, and still do. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of social work dimensions including level 1 trauma hospitals, homeless veterans facilities, substance abuse programs, senior managment roles, and community social service agencies. When I obtained my doctorate in medical social work, I felt a strong urge to share my insight and knowledge with the older adult community and social work educators to help reshape the way we see and do the golden years. As a Temple University Alumni, I am a proud Temple Owl and have always fought for what I believe is right for our seniors. Join me in taking senior care to the next level. It’s now or never.
